A plate - Plates
Plates are a whole world. There are all kinds of types, sizes, and colors. There's a plate for the first course, there's a plate for the main course, and there's a soup plate.
צַלָּחוֹת הֵן עוֹלָם מָלֵא. יֵשׁ כָּל מִינֵי סוּגִים, גְּדָלִים וּצְבָעִים. יֵשׁ צַלַּחַת לְמָנָה רִאשׁוֹנָה, יֵשׁ צַלַּחַת לְמָנָה עִיקָּרִית וְיֵשׁ צַלַּחַת מָרָק.
And there's also a flying plate which we play on the beach.
וְיֵשׁ גַּם צַלַּחַת מְעוֹפֶפֶת שֶׁבָּהּ אֲנַחְנוּ מְשַׂחֲקִים עַל חוֹף הַיָּם.
There's a disposable plate that we throw away after use and don't wash. Disposable plates are made of plastic, so it's better to reduce their use because plastic is a material that doesn't decompose. If you want to use a disposable plate, it's better to use a paper/cardboard plate because it can be recycled.
יֵשׁ צַלַּחַת חַד פַּעֲמִית שֶׁאֲנַחְנוּ זוֹרְקִים אוֹתָהּ אַחֲרֵי הַשִּׁימּוּשׁ וְלֹא שׁוֹטְפִים. צַלָּחוֹת חַד פַּעֲמִיּוֹת עֲשׂוּיוֹת מִפְּלַסְטִיק אָז עָדִיף לְצַמְצֵם אֶת הַשִּׁימּוּשׁ בָּהֶן כִּי הַפְּלַסְטִיק הוּא חוֹמֶר שֶׁאֵינוֹ מִתְכַּלֶּה. אִם כְּבָר אַתֶּם רוֹצִים לְהִשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ בְּצַלַּחַת חַד פַּעֲמִית עָדִיף לְהִשְׁתַּמֵּשׁ בְּצַלַּחַת נְיָר\קַרְטוֹן כִּי אֶפְשָׁר לְמַחְזֵר אוֹתָן.
