To stop\arrest
If you are driving on the road and there is a red light, you must stop the car.
אִם אַתָּה נוֹסֵעַ בַּכְּבִישׁ וְיֵשׁ רַמְזוֹר אָדוֹם אַתָּה צָרִיךְ לַעֲצוֹר אֶת הָרֶכֶב.
